The Birth of EIQ Nutrition
You’ve seen them. The daily diet headlines, informing you to exclude whole food groups, promoted by a reality star, with (at best) reference to one scientific study. Maybe you’ve tried them. Only for a new headline to appear weeks later, contradicting all previous statements, leaving you back at square one, wondering what is actually, the healthiest way to do it?
How many times have you told a client something you're certain of, only to feel like an imposter weeks later because it was a fleeting trend?
What would it look like, to see a headline and feel confident in deciphering the truth? To know, wholeheartedly, that you don’t need that obscene diet to be healthy, leaner. In fact, that diet makes things harder. What would it feel like, to be empowered to discuss it with Susan at work, who tells you that as a result of said article, she now only eats between the hours of 12 and 8 and certainly, excludes all saturated fats and now probably, all fun?
Imagine the authority of being able to talk about the actual science to your clients, and support them to build the mindset to support their healthiest selves.
All whilst having the support of 2 evidence-based practitioners in your ear.
EIQ Nutrition incorporates evidence-based and holistic nutrition in an applicable manner, giving you the tools to managing your own health and body composition, whilst maintaining a humanistic and compassionate stance. The course was developed to combat the mass misinformation projected on to the general public and provide accessible, science-led content without the confusion. Nutrition is more than food, and EIQ Nutrition introduces you to concepts such as compassion and mindfulness, and how they relate to your nutrition and health.
